Cette série de 5 Policy Papers est une contribution au projet Think Global – Act European (TGAE) Thinking strategically about the EU’s external action, dirigé par Notre Europe – Institut Jacques Delors.

Après la publication ces dernières semaines de quatre autres séries de Policy Papers consacrées aux capacités européennes de défense, au voisinage de l’UE, à la politique migratoire européenne, et aux ressources stratégiques de l’UE, le rapport final sera publié en mars 2013 (dir. par Elvire Fabry, Notre Europe – Institut Jacques Delors) et présentera les recommandations clés des 16 think tanks européens mobilisés dans le projet : Carnegie Europe, CCEIA, CER, CEPS, demosEUROPA, ECFR, EGMONT, EPC, Real Instituto Elcano, Eliamep, Europeum, FRIDE, IAI, Notre Europe – Institut Jacques Delors, SIEPS, SWP.
